At Sri Air Feeze, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
An incorrect product has been delivered
A valid proof of purchase is provided
Products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with
Customized or special-order products
Services already rendered
Once your return request is approved:
The product will be inspected by our team
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be made using the original payment method
If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Order cancellations are accepted only before the product is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Payments for installation, servicing, or maintenance are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos or videos as proof for faster resolution.
